Do you need an assistant in the classroom? Do you know that a puppet can do everything but grade papers? This class will show you how to create simple hand puppets, work without a stage, and increase the excitement level of reading time.

During this workshop we will provide a basic overview of autism. We will review what a Sunday School teacher might expect when they have a child with autism in their class. Practical tips and suggestions for successful inclusion of a child with autism into a Sunday School class will also be provided. Bring your questions to the workshop and we will provide answers and suggestions that will allow you to leave with the confidence you need to teach children with autism in your Sunday School program.
