CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES TRAINING ASSOCIATION
APPLICATION FOR BOARD MEMBERSHIP

Requirements of Board Members:

1. Attend monthly Board Meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
2. Participate in a committee assignment prior and during the convention.
3. Be at the Convention fully engaged in helping attendees, presenters, exhibitors and fellow
    Board members so that the Convention runs smoothly.
4. Support CMTA in prayer.
5. Support CMTA financially.
6. Personally promote the ministry of CMTA.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
   
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
   
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His
   miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,
   in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
   
4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people regeneration by the Holy Spirit
   is absolutely essential.
   
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is
   enabled to live a godly life.
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved unto the resurrection
   of life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
   
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

MEDIA/PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

The IMPACT Convention is a public event whereby ALL in attendance may be photographed and/or captured by video at any time during the duration of the convention. By participating in the convention in any capacity, you hereby agree that your image, sound and video taping may be used in any media and for the sole purpose of advertising, promotion and marketing CMTA without receiving compensation of any kind. Any images, sound, or video taping taken at the convention may be combining with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and/or modified. CMTA has all rights to images, sound or video taping  and shall not be liable for any claims for any reason.

CMTA seeks to maintain a balance in gender, ethnic and church/denominational representation.
Recruitment shall be made on the basis of current need and ability to serve voluntarily and effectively.
