Dr. Charles Arn

Dr. Arn has written numerous articles in the field of church growth and is author or co-author of 8 books.  He has developed different lay/clergy training seminars and produced 10 “special topic” mediated study kits.  Dr. Arn is a widely traveled speaker, known for his creative presentations.  He is considered one of the leading authorities and spokespersons in the field of church growth.  He is currently serving as President of the American Society of Church Growth, an association of professors, executives, pastors and consultants dedicated to the study of evangelism and church growth.

Dr. Ken Hutcherson is a big man with a big heart for God.  God has taken him from the professional football field to his mission field thru the Antioch Bible Church in Kirkland, WA.  As co-founder of the church, he knows the struggles of building a ministry and the importance of staying true to the Word.  Antioch is a large thriving multi-racial worship center which reflects Hutch’s passion for evangelism and discipleship.

He sounds the clarion call to today’s church in his books The Church: What We Are Meant to Be (now re-released as Here Comes the Bride), Before All Hell Breaks Loose and Enough Faith: You've Already Got What It Takes to Make a Difference His definition of “cross-cultural” is the Cross for all cultures.  This uncompromising message is woven throughout all he does.  Hutcherson’s ministries to all ages ~ pre-born to adult ~ reflect how God stirs his heart for people, meeting their needs in practical, Christ-centered, relevant ways.

With his experiences as an athlete, youth worker, husband, father, pastor, author, founder, organizer, speaker, and faithful servant of God, Dr. Hutcherson has had years of developing “Ministry Connections” and can connect “heart to heart”.     As members of God’s team we will “huddle” together Friday night to get “pumped up”, inspired, challenged, encouraged and ready to serve! 

Sean is a popular speaker at camps, churches, schools and conferences nationwide.  He co-teaches with Mark Matlock at the Planet Wisdom Student Conferences, which train thousands of students to think biblically.  Sean is head of the Bible Department at Capistrano Valley Christian School, where he teaches courses in apologetics and Old Testament survey.  He resonates with both teens and adults at Worldview Weekends.    Sean’s most recent book is Ethix:  Being bold in a Whatever World.  He has compiled Josh McDowell’s Youth Ministry Handbook and contributes to Youth Worker Journal, The Christian Research Journal and a monthly column on www.planetwisdom.com.

Christine is the author of ten books and hundreds of articles related to children’s ministry.  She is the executive editor of Children’s Ministry Magazine and Group’s Children’s Ministry Champion.  She is responsible for research, development and innovation in children’s ministry resources.  With over twenty years of children’s ministry experience and access to the latest “tried and true” methods, Christine has fresh, fun and “real life” ideas to share with us.
